Ndjoka banana chips, lightly salted, are a delightful snack originating from Cameroon. Made from fried plantains, these chips are extremely popular as a snack for many people.
They are not only enjoyed in Africa but also devoured by Europeans. Because they are naturally sweet, salt-free, and crunchy, they make an excellent choice for snacking between meals.
These fried banana slices are specially made in Cameroon, using plantains bred for their taste, without any artificial additives. The lightly salted variant is somewhat similar to “natural” chips.
