Step 1 :
Clean the Chicken.
Step 2 :
Drain and score the Chicken, then brush it completely (including the inside if it is whole) with the mixture made up of your Primero Chicken Marinade, a little mustard, oil, salt, cube, onions and garlic mixed.
Step 3 :
After marinating for about 1 hour in the fridge, cook. Then taste your Chicken with the side dish of your choice (as well as with the Chilli purées and green condiment).
