Instructions for use

Put 1 bag in a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 15 minutes. Drink 1 to 3 cups a day as needed and keep them in the refrigerator. For the bitterness, add either sugar or honey or mix it with your favorite herbal tea for a moment of indulgence.
