Perfect for cocktails, this syrup is a must-have in the basic bar “kit”. It has become a classic, you always have to have some in the fridge.
This syrup is the result of homemade production, exclusively from bitter kola nuts harvested at full maturity. The sugar is dosed just right and without any additives or added flavorings or colorings.
– Fill a glass halfway with plenty of crushed ice
– Add 3 tablespoons of Bitter Kola Syrup
– Pour water to taste
– Variant: lengthen with a bit of rum or vodka.
– Garnish (mint leaves, slices of lemon, lemon or orange of your choice)
